Animators in Japan are paid incredibly poorly – Kei’s mentor created an organisation called JANICA to help them. However right now there’s a lot of conflict within JANICA about how to use the money they’ve collected. Kei would like to bring this problem to the attention of the world, so please tell other people about it.
