I’m American. I’ve just been reading translated mangas (in addition to webcomics) for a LONG time now. Ever since I was 13, in fact. Anyways, I have always been abnormally perceptive of things in the first place. And I have Asperger’s Syndrome. I’m saying all this just so you can understand my perspective.
The hands just do not look natural when grabbing things. The postures also seem a bit forced.
